So with 127 hours gone where are we at? I think we’re looking good, the royal we, and although work has been continuing, with sporadic updates hitting the discord channel from various teams, the chatter has been a bit quieter. Now maybe it’s because we’re trying to fit work in around the jam or maybe because some entrants have started their games from scratch and need to concentrate a bit more, what ever the reason I’m looking forward to seeing some amazing games (no pressure) in a few days.
So without further ado here’s some of the updates from the last 58-ish hours… #game-jam-192
Progress report...
Frozen Well Studios

Progress from last time: completed a menu added background music and some sound effects. Created 3 Battlezone themed rooms. You can also now die (lots) but there is an infinite lives toggle.
Game jam experience so far: Still having great time.
#80sKid
Allus Interactive

Game Overview: a 3D point and click adventure where the player returns to and explores the (now) abandoned house that they lived in as a small child.
Run, Grizzly!
Game Name: Supermarket Strike
Game Overview: Mini golf-style game where you fire a trolley around a supermarket to collect items on your list.
Progress from last update: Continued supermarket level workup, UI work (in-game and menus), shopping list/score card logic, movement iteration and polish.
Experience so far: Having a swole time.
Random Elgin Guy
Game Name: Supertrack (WIP)
Game Overview: Build a track for your toy car, see if your car can get to the end, completing fun stunts along the way
Progress from last time: Got a few more track pieces and start of the track construction interface, in the “full” version it’ll be super crazy. Fire rings, loops, barrel rolls, boosters, things you can hit that spin around etc.
Stikkz Media
Game name: unkown
Basic Game overview: …so I changed my idea
Progress from last time: Gone backwards and returned to the drawing-board.
Game jam experience so far in one sentence: It’s good, tricky working around work but it’s fun!
And the award for the best pun goes to...
“Experience so far: Having a swole time.”
